1929年生於日本。1972年於Lydia Lawrence Fashion Institute修讀時裝繪圖兩年。1995年於卑詩大學進修藝術課程，又再隨周士心教授學習國畫。曾多次舉行個展及聯展。現職水彩畫導師及專業布娃娃設計師。

Misao studied Fashion Drawing at the Lydia Lawrence Fashion Institute from 1972 to 1973 and studied a fine arts course at U.B.C. in 1995. She is currently studying Chinese painting with Professor Johnson Chow in Vancouver. She has participated in joint exhibitions at the Asian centre, U.B.C., Vancouver Public Library, Artists’ gallery，and the Sasabi gallery. She has also exhibitions at the Vancity Credit Union, The Vancouver Public Library (Kitsilano branch), The Vancouver Museum, Holiday Inn, (Myrianna) The long Life Art Gallery and her own studio.
