Originally from Shanghai, China. She received a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from Soochow University of Taiwan. She took courses in Chinese brush painting and calligraphy at the university of Hong Kong. She continued to study Chinese painting with Professor Johnson Chow when she came to Vancouver. Currently she is an instructor of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy.
