在台北市立美术馆随多位美术名家研习多年。媒材以水墨画、书法及粉彩为主。曾参加联展三十多次。现为加拿大中华文化艺术总会会长、温哥华华人艺术家协会永久会员、列治文中国书画学会副会长。

Joyce Tsai has studied Chinese brush painting, calligraphy and pastel painting in the Fine Art Museum of Taipei for several years. She has participated in over 30 joint exhibitions and is the president of the Chinese Culture and Art Association of Canada. She is also the Vice President of the Richmond Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Club.
