在台北市立美術館隨多位美術名家研習多年。媒材以水墨畫、書法及粉彩為主。曾參加聯展三十多次。現為加拿大中華文化藝術總會會長、溫哥華華人藝術家協會永久會員、列治文中國書畫學會副會長。

Joyce Tsai has studied Chinese brush painting, calligraphy and pastel painting in the Fine Art Museum of Taipei for several years. She has participated in over 30 joint exhibitions and is the president of the Chinese Culture and Art Association of Canada. She is also the Vice President of the Richmond Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Club.
