Ms. Chia was originally from Hong Kong. She graduated
from the Bunka Fashion University in Tokyo in 1982. Between 1974 and 1986,
Grace was a professor at the Hong Kong Professional Management Centre and on
TVB(H.K.), teaching fashion design, flower arrangement, fashion mold cutting
and color design. She won two gold metals in the Japanese Hong Kong
Competition of 1974. She has also held fund-raising functions for some
hospitals in both Hawaii and Canada. She is currently studying Chinese
painting from Ms. Leva Woo and Mr. Yiu-Fong Cheung and participates in joint
exhibitions.
