毕业于日本文化女子大学，74年荣获日本、香港色调、创作双冠军，日本草月流教师文凭。74至86年期间，于香港家政中心及香港无线电视台教授时装设计、插花、裁剪及色调。98年参与张耀峰师生联展及99年曾美容师生作品展等。
Ms. Chia was
originally from Hong Kong. She graduated from the Bunka Fashion University
in Tokyo in 1982. Between 1974 and 1986, Grace was a professor at the Hong
Kong Professional Management Centre and on TVB(H.K.), teaching fashion
design, flower arrangement, fashion mold cutting and color design. She won
two gold metals in the Japanese Hong Kong Competition of 1974. She has also
held fund-raising functions for some hospitals in both Hawaii and Canada.
She is currently studying Chinese painting from Ms. Leva Woo and Mr. Yiu-Fong
Cheung and participates in joint exhibitions.
