1936年生，台湾台北市人。1992年自教育界退休。1977年起师从黄启龙、徐宾远、张俊杰诸先生习画。现在是台北涵三等四画会及温哥华列治文三画会会员。曾参展国内外联展四十余次及个展三次。

Li-Yun Chen was born in Taipei Taiwan in 1936. She was a teacher for 36 years and retired in 1992. She studied under several well-known artists, Mr. Chi-Lung Huang, Ms. Bin-Yuan Hsu and Mr. Chun-Chieh Chang from 1977. At present, she is a member of four painting associations in Taipei. She also belongs to three painting associations in Richmond and Vancouver of Canada. She had 3 solo exhibitions and joined over 40 group exhibitions.
