广东省中山县人，澳门出生。早年毕业于香港柏立基教育学院。任职教师直至1996年移民加拿大。先后随润德书屋叶锦富老师习书法篆刻，五云楼辛鹏九老师、泮亭罗醉山老师习花鸟虫鱼山水。曾参加中国美术会，北区文艺协进会年展与季展。1994年在香港、澳门参与叶锦富师生书法篆刻展。

Ms. Yeung was born in Macau and immigrated to Canada in 1996. She completed an education course at the Sir Robert Black Education College in Hong Kong and became a teacher. She studied calligraphy and seal carving from Mr. Kam-Fu Yip and learnt Chinese painting from Ms. Angela Meng and Mr. Chui-Shan Law. She has participated in various joint exhibitions in Hong Kong and Macau.
