于香港出生及受教育。十岁从父学习书画，中学时期经常参加社区及团体公开展出。及后曾在香港中文大学进修书画课程。作品曾在日本、中国及北美展出。其中作品被博物馆及收藏家收藏。
Jeff was originally from Hong Kong. He learned Chinese
painting and calligraphy from his father when he was a child. He participated
in joint exhibitions while he was still studying in high school. Later on, he
took several art courses at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His works
have been exhibited in Japan, China and in North America. Many of his art
works have been added to the collections of art museums and private
collectors.
