於香港出生及受教育。十歲從父學習書畫，中學時期經常參加社區及團體公開展出。及後曾在香港中文大學進修書畫課程。作品曾在日本、中國及北美展出。其中作品被博物館及收藏家收藏。
Jeff was originally from Hong Kong. He learned Chinese
painting and calligraphy from his father when he was a child. He
participated in joint exhibitions while he was still studying in high
school. Later on, he took several art courses at the Chinese University
of Hong Kong. His works have been exhibited in Japan, China and in North
America. Many of his art works have been added to the collections of art
museums and private collectors.
