57年出生於山東，西北大學漢語文學專科畢業。自幼跟父親練習書法和繪畫，後從師中國知名書法家王濟，任步武，畫家趙明常，楊安其。作品多次獲獎並廣為國內外人士收藏，近十幾年來一直從事兒童繪畫教育。現擔任溫哥華教育局書畫導師。“兒童藝術天地”—孟老師畫室溫哥華，本那比，列治文繪畫指導老師。

Weizhang Meng born on 1957, is a native to the city of Zibo in Shandong Province. His calligraphy and drawing career dates back to early childhood, studying under the likes of famous Chinese calligraphers such Buwu Ren and Ji Wang, artist such Mingchang Zhao and Anqi Yang. Concentrating greatly on ancient and modern techniques, he has mastered the finer points and excelled in his own personal style. Creating magnificent works of art, he has received several awards in provincial and national competitions in China. His masterpieces have been appreciated and collected by art aficionados worldwide.
