1949年生於中國。1981年移居加拿大。曾就讀廣州美術學院油畫系，作品以油畫、水彩為主。

Mr. Li was born in China in 1946 and immigrated to Canada in 1981. He studied oil painting in the Guangzhou Institute of Fine Arts. He has participated in numerous joint exhibitions.
